I would just like to inform you all that Promotion Source has a copyright throughout our website, also when you register when you click accept you are accepting our copyright. Even when you visit the site you agree not to copy anything unless you have express permission.

This being said you are not to take anything of our site, this being services, posts, threads etc without our permission! If we find that you have gone against our copyright. So be warned that anything taken from our sight without the permission of the author, we have the legal right to sue you.

This copyright excludes all our stereotypical services, which are clearly used on various sites.

However it does include the guidelines written by Promotion Source for any service.

This also includes any codes used for the services, you may not sell/give away/redistribute any codes you find on the Promotion Source site unless you have permission from the Administration.

By the way, this copyright can and will be changed with any new services/content we have created.

What can happen if you break this copyright?
Answer is simple is any person going against this copyright, will result in our copyrighters emailing their hosting and unless they take it our copyrighted item(s) off their site, their hosting has a legal right and will terminate the service due to a copyright claim. If in the 99% chance that the host does not comply, it will be taken further to the forum owners ISP, if it needs to go further we can send a mail to the hosting's Headquarters.

You think by changing around our idea's or a different name you can get past this? WRONG, read why here.
We can provide logs to our copyrighters of that user accessing our site in which they would have got our idea's. So even if you change it, it wont matter, as we can and will make a claim that is backed up.
